Student capacity & onboarding
Student seats count active institute-student logins; teachers and staff do not use student seats. The quote confirms the seat limit, monthly or yearly billing period, access dates, onboarding and any agreed discount.

In the proposed model, institutes keep their students' tuition fees. Athiyon subscriptions are separate. Receipt drafts do not collect or verify money, and no automatic commission or payment splitting is active.

Can we choose individual facilities?
Yes. Packages set the starting facilities. The platform administrator can adjust institute access, validity and student login seats. A feature marked planned still needs development before it can be used.
How do billing periods, seats and discounts work?
Monthly and yearly price proposals are managed by Athiyon. Institute prices can be flat or based on purchased student seats. The agreed quote records the billing period, capacity and any percentage or fixed discount. Taxes are not calculated by this enquiry form; confirm the final payable amount before purchase.
Does a quote activate or renew access?
No. Submitting an enquiry or setting a price does not verify payment, activate a paid subscription or renew access automatically. Access dates are managed separately by an authorised administrator.
Is onboarding included in the price?
Onboarding, training and support terms must be agreed in the quote. They are not automatically included by selecting a package here.
Can students join directly?
Yes. Direct students can register, verify their email, complete a profile and choose their exams and Free or Premium preview access. Premium prices are proposed and managed separately from institute packages. No payment is collected in the current preview.
